Service. NurseScore provides NCLEX-RN exam preparation software. It does not provide credential evaluation, board eligibility, or immigration services, and is not affiliated with NCSBN.

Subscriptions. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the period ends. The 21-Day Sprint is a one-time purchase with 21 days of access and a credit toward Premium.

Pass Guarantee. Refunds under the guarantee require meeting all eligibility criteria listed on the Guarantee page and submitting an official result within 30 days of the exam date.

Acceptable use. One account per person. Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute question content.
